Man Cookie
Dash is going through this phase where he doesn't want to take his jacket of at school. He has this brown hoodie that he insists on wearing all day, even when he sleeps. So this morning I put a new shirt on him that had a gingerbread man with a bite taken out of it with the caption "Tough Cookie". I thought that maybe he would like the shirt enough to actually take his jacket off and show his friends. On the way to school I told him to make sure to show all his friends the"gingerbread man cookie" on his shirt.
When we got to school he unzipped his jacket 3/4 of the way down, went to the teacher and pulled his jacket apart just enough to see the picture. Then he said proudly, "Look at my man-cookie." After I picked myself up off the floor, I tried to explain to him that it was a GINGERBREADman cookie. But of course, he wasn't listening. Then he went to his friends one by one and said "Look at my man cookie!"

Visiting the Rents
A couple weeks ago I went to Tulsa for my dad's 65th birthday. My aunt also came down for the weekend.

My dad spent a lot of time with Dash, taking him all over the place, trying to wear him out. He seems to have an endless supply of energy though..

He let him drive the car. Check out the huge remote. The kid was totally in his element.

One of the guys had a car that could climb all over terrain. Benjamin was chasing it, trying to catch it.
Here is a site you'll never see... my aunt, a cat person, with a dog.

That's his car - airborne.

In this picture he was literally saying "Come here car.." the same way one says "Here kitty kitty.."
